Chakra Balance Analysis & Report
Analyse your 7 chakra balance with a personalised report. Book of Life combines chakra assessment with 12 other esoteric systems.
What are chakras?
Chakras (चक्र, Sanskrit for 'wheel') are seven energy centres along the spine described in Hindu Tantric texts from approximately 600 BCE. From base to crown: Muladhara (root — survival, security), Svadhisthana (sacral — creativity, sexuality), Manipura (solar plexus — willpower, identity), Anahata (heart — love, compassion), Vishuddha (throat — communication, truth), Ajna (third eye — intuition, insight), and Sahasrara (crown — spirituality, cosmic connection). In modern energy healing, balanced chakras indicate psychological and physical well-being; overactive or underactive chakras point to specific life areas needing attention.
How does Book of Life assess chakras?
The chakra engine works in two modes. In quiz mode, the user answers 7 self-assessment questions (one per chakra) about their current life experience in each domain. In automatic mode (no quiz answers provided), the engine derives a neutral baseline profile from the birth date's numerological and astrological correspondences. Both modes produce a balance score for each of the 7 centres, identifying which are overactive, balanced, or underactive.
What does the chakra report include?
The report covers 7 sub-readings (one per chakra): current balance state (overactive / balanced / underactive), what that state means in practical life terms (e.g., an underactive throat chakra may manifest as difficulty speaking up at work), the physical body areas associated with each centre, recommended practices for rebalancing (meditation, movement, dietary, crystal, and sound healing suggestions), and the overall energy pattern across all 7 centres.
Why include chakras in Book of Life?
Chakras bridge the analytical (astrology, numerology) and the somatic (body awareness, energy healing). A client who sees that their natal Mars is debilitated AND their solar plexus chakra is underactive gets a unified picture of their willpower challenge — and specific practices to address it. This holistic approach is what makes a 13-system report more valuable than 13 separate readings.
